When I found this recipe, there wasn’t an ingredient list. I guess she thought it to simple to create one.
Grilled Ham Steaks
Half of a medium size ham steak.
Rub will with dry mustard, sprinkle with coarsely ground black pepper and press pepper into the steaks
Broil over a grill, turning once.
Just before serving, sprinkle steaks with 2 tsp. of brown sugar mix with a little more mustard. Allow to melt.
Serve with a green salad
