Teriyaki Pineapple Marinade for Grilled Chicken

I love grilled teriyaki chicken for an afternoon alfresco dinner. Add a salad and grilled fresh pineapple and the taste buds are jumping.

Teriyaki Pineapple Marinade

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup teriyaki sauce
  • ½ cup lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 1 green onion, sliced

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl or bag. Add meat of choice. Turning meat every once in a while, to get even flavoring. Let marinade for a few hours before cooking.
